Description
PLOT: The Anti-Monitor stands revealed. As he causes the destruction of the Monitor’s satellite, he empowers Psycho-Pirate, and gives him the task of causing chaos on the three remaining Earths. (Earth-X, Earth-S and Earth-4) Even as this is going on, teams of heroes are dispatched to each of these earths to stabilize the situation until Harbinger can merge them with Earths 1 and 2 in the Netherverse created by the Monitor’s death. But the Psycho-Pirates powers have caused even the heroes of these three earths to go mad, attacking their would-be allies.
