Description
PLOT: The effects of the anti-matter wave are felt more keenly as the Outsiders and the Teen Titans attempt to keep people from harm. The Monitor’s forces defend his machines from the enemy’s shadow-demons. In Markovia, during World War II, the Losers are all destroyed by the anti-matter wave.
