Host-less and impotent following the Crisis, the Spectre agrees to return Sue Dibny to Ralph if he will perform a simple service of vengeance.Skeets confronts Waverider in his search for Rip Hunter.Richard Dragon has begun training Renee Montoya as he once trained the Question… but the real question is… why? While the training continues, Tot is studying the Intergang Bible of Crime that they retrieved in Khandaq. As she looks at it with him, Montoya quickly realizes that someone close to her in Gotham is in danger.
